FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing amorphous calcium phosphate nanoparticles coated with citrate and doped with fluoride for use in biomedicine in connection with its biodegradability and biological activity; it also stimulates nonspecific cell adhesion and osteogenesis. Described is a method of producing amorphous calcium phosphate nanoparticles coated with citrate and doped with fluoride nanoparticles, involving: obtaining CaCl2 solution in concentration ranging from 0.08 to 0.12 M, and Na3C6H5O7 in concentration ranging from 0.35 to 0.50 M; obtaining a second solution formed from Na2HPO4 in concentration comprising between 0.10 and 0.15 M, with Na2CO3, 0.2 M, and a fluoride compound; mixing with shaking two solutions obtained at previous steps in ratio of 1:1 volume/volume at pH ranging from 8.3 to 8.7, and at ambient temperature for period of time less than 2 minutes; three subsequent precipitation cycles by centrifugation, supernatant removal and precipitate washing using ultrapure water; and wet sediment lyophilization. Invention also describes use of amorphous calcium phosphate nanoparticles coated with citrate and doped with fluoride.
EFFECT: technical result is high remineralising effect of amorphous calcium phosphate nanoparticles coated with citrate and doped with fluoride.
