SUBSTANCE: proposed oral care composition comprises a basic amino acid in free or salt form, wherein the amino acid is arginine; zinc oxide and zinc citrate, where the ratio of zinc oxide to zinc citrate is 2:1 (in mass.%); source of fluoride and a preservative selected from benzyl alcohol, methylisotylinol, sodium bicarbonate, sodium taurate methyl cocoyl, sodium lauric alcohol and polyphosphate, as well as a method for using and preparing the composition.
