SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a device and method for lifting and transporting heavy objects when making false ceilings or for a structure on a slope or partition. Fastening mechanism (100) comprises: vertical support profile (10) located in the upper part of the mast coaxially with the mast. Two parallel support plates (20) installed with possibility of rotation on support profile (10) and connected on one side by fastener (30) of plate holder and on other side by U-shaped vertical position limiter (40), fixed to support plates and arranged so that plate holder (30) is parallel to support profile (10) when support profile is in contact with limiter (40) vertical position. Retractable limiter (50) supported by at least one support plate so that plate holder (30) forms angle of 10° up to 80° with the support profile, when the support profile is in contact with retractable limiter (50).
EFFECT: high reliability and stability of the device.
