FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling base (100) for telescopic mast (200) of device (300) for lifting plates, a device equipped with such a base and a method for use thereof. Base (100) comprises in position of use: pair of plates (10) provided for attachment to support surface (201) of mast, each plate has axis of symmetry. Also comprises three support arms (20, 30), each of which is equipped with self-orienting roller (21, 31), including one fixed support arm (20) on extension of symmetry axis of plates, and two rotary support arms (30) arranged symmetrically with each side of fixed support arm (20). Each plate has, at each side of the axis of symmetry, at least three holes for locking the rotary support arms in three different angular positions relative to the axis of symmetry. Each rotary support arm is equipped with several holes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of safe, easy moved and balanced device regardless of its inclination.
