Method includes dissolving octahedral cluster complexes of molybdenum and tungsten ((C4H9)4N)2[{M6I8}L6], where M = Mo, W; L = I, C7F,5COO- or Mo6Br12, and polymer selected from fluoroplastic-32L and fluoroplastic-42, with further application on surface and drying at room temperature.

EFFECT: invention provides antibacterial activity, as well as absence of washout of cluster complex.
