SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to the preparation of conjugates of luminescent silicon dioxide nanoparticles with antibodies, and can be used in the diagnosis to identify human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/neu), which is overexpressed on the surface of tumor cells. Conjugate of luminescent silicon dioxide nanoparticles with recombinant single-domain lama nano- monoantibodies is produced, it is characterized by the fact that luminescent silicon dioxide nanoparticles with an average size of 50±5 nm have an epoxy-modified hydrophilic surface chemically bonded to the amino groups of recombinant single-domain lama nano- monoantibodies having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1, molecular weight of 17 kDa and capable of specifically interacting with the recombinant HER2/neu protein.

EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of using conjugates of molecular markers with recombinant nano- monoantibodies, specific for the HER2/neu protein.
