FIELD: cleaning installations.

SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to cleaning plants and methods of cleaning metal parts, particularly automotive engine components or transmission components. Plant (1; 2; 3) comprises housing (4), limiting working space (5), and industrial robot (9) installed inside housing, in particular on platform (7), air recirculation device (30). Device (30) comprises steam condenser (10) and network of ventilation pipes with one or more intake openings (31) for receiving air containing steam from working space (5) and one or more outlet (33) for return of dried air in working space (5). Steam condenser comprises heat regenerator (40, 42, 50). Condenser (10) of steam is located at level below upper part (14) of housing, on platform on side of housing or below platform (7) and / or each of said one or more intake holes (31) is located at level under upper half (15A) of working space, preferably on platform (7) or below it.

EFFECT: preventing loss of heat and cleaning substance, improving atmosphere inside working space in terms of operating conditions for industrial robot, reducing steam distribution with reducing number of required ventilation pipes, simplifying maintenance.
