FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, namely to the fuel elements system containing the fuel elements battery, the compressor, which supplies cathode gas to battery of fuel cells, and controller, which controls components of fuel elements system, including compressor. Controller controls the compressor so that the supply period during which the compressor supplies the cathode gas and the stop period during which the cathode gas supply is stopped are alternately displayed, when the fuel cell battery is not provided for generating electric power, and the supply period is longer than the stop period, and wherein the flow rate of the cathode gas supplied by the compressor during the supply period is less than the flow rate in the case, when battery of fuel elements is provided for generation of electric energy.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is reduction of fuel cell battery voltage variation value and, consequently, reduction of catalyst wear in battery of fuel elements.
