FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric measurement equipment, in particular, to measurements of inner resistance of an accumulator battery. The device for measurement of inner resistance for a packaged battery includes a component of a source of AC power supply to send AC current to the battery comprising multiple packaged elements of energy generation, by means of connection to an object of measurement. A component of AC control to regulate AC so that the difference of potentials of AC in a positive electrode, which represents a difference of potentials produced by the subtraction of a potential in the middle section from a potential on a section connected to a loading device on the positive side of the object of measurement matches the difference of AC potentials in a negative electrode, which represents the difference of potentials produced by the subtraction of a potential in the middle section from a potential in the section connected to the loading device on the negative side of the object of measurement. A component to calculate resistance to calculate resistance of the battery based on the controlled AC and the difference of the AC potentials.

EFFECT: possibility of measurement of inner resistance of the battery without load.
