FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to pharmaceutical chemistry. In particular, the present invention relates to a class of alkynylpyridine inhibitors (I) prolyl hydroxylase. Experiment shows that such compound has good activity of inhibiting prolyl hydroxylase and can intensify generation and secretion of erythropoietin on cell or animal models, and thus can promote erythrocyte generation and can be used for treating or preventing anemia, such as anemia in chronic kidney disease, and ischemic diseases such as ischemic strokes, myocardial ischemia and other related diseases. Present invention also discloses a method of producing said compound.
EFFECT: disclosed is an alkynylpyridine inhibitor of prolyl hydroxylase, a method for production thereof and medical application.
