FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas analysis, namely, to production of sensors for controlling content of nitrogen oxides in air. Method of producing electroconductive polymer film of poly-N,N-dimethyl-3,4-dimethylenepyrrolidanes of cyanide (PDMPC) on the surface of a dielectric substrate with fixed contacts involves forming a layer of PDMPC on the surface of a dielectric substrate by drawing a substrate in horizontal position from an aqueous solution of reacting components: a polymer, which is poly-N,N-dimethyl-3,4-dimethylpyrrolidium chloride (PDMIC), and a modifier which is sodium nitroprusside (Na2[Fe(CN)5NO]). Drawing is performed with constant speed varying from 1.0–10-5 up to 4.5–10-5 m/s, while maintaining optimum weight ratio of modifier: polymer equal to (1.6±0.1):1.
EFFECT: invention leads to production of electroconductive film of submicron thickness on surface of dielectric substrate sensitive to nitrogen oxides in air and providing specified technical and metrological characteristics of sensory heterostructure.
