SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a module for forming a model for creating a control model of a water supply network pressure control system and to a system control method. Water supply network is equipped with one or more pressure sensors, of which at least one remote pressure sensor is located remotely from pressure control system. Module for forming a model is configured to communicate with at least one remote pressure sensor, as well as with possibility of creating said model without measured, determined or estimated flow rate based on at least one value of remote pressure, determined by at least one remote pressure sensor, and based on at least one load-dependent variable pressure control system. Said model represents at least one pressure control curve for control of pressure control system. Method comprises steps of creating a model without a measured, defined or estimated flow rate based on at least one remote pressure value determined by at least one remote pressure sensor and based on at least one load-dependent variable pressure control system, wherein said model is at least one pressure control curve for controlling the pressure control system and controlling the pressure control system based on said model.

EFFECT: providing an efficient and reliable model for controlling a water supply network without flow sensors and using a pressure control system having unknown characteristics.
