FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a valve device for reducing fluid pressure. Spring-loaded valve has an inlet connected by a water main with pressurized water, and an outlet from the chamber is connected to a network of pipelines for local distribution of water. Pressure reduction valve device has a flow pressure regulating plate located opposite the inlet hole. Compression spring acts by its lower end on the upper part of the plate. Upper end of the spring rests against the drive element of the spring at the end of the drive tube of the servo device. Actuating element of the spring can be extended by the motor for further compression of the spring or retracted to release the compression. Local distribution network pipeline extends downstream of the outlet. There is a flow meter and a pressure sensor in it next to the outlet hole. They are electronically connected to the controller. Pressure on the regulator is set based on the measured flow rate.
EFFECT: improving control reliability of the valve device to reduce pressure in accordance with the flow passing through it.
