SUBSTANCE: pixel unit comprises a first subpixel electrode and a second subpixel electrode, a first subpixel electrode connected to a first TFT drain, and second subpixel electrode is connected to second TFT drain; resistance between the source of the first TFT and the data bus connected to the first TFT is greater than the resistance between the source of the second TFT and the data bus connected to the second TFT; and/or resistance between drain of first TFT and first subpixel electrode is greater than resistance between drain of second TFT and second subpixel electrode.
EFFECT: according to embodiments of this invention, a matrix substrate and a display device are provided.
