SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an exhaust gas control device for an internal combustion engine. Exhaust gas control device is equipped with a NOx reduction catalyst, a reducing agent reservoir, a reducing agent supply device, a booster, a heater and an electronic control unit.
EFFECT: electronic control unit is configured to control the temperature rise of the reducing agent to a first target temperature such that the reducing agent supplied by the reducing agent supply device is converted to the gas-liquid mixed state in the exhaust channel, when energy of exhaust gases is below first threshold value.
