FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. Device for bioimpedance determination of body fluid volumes contains four pairs of electrodes, each of which contains current and potential electrode for extremitas fixation, the fifth current electrode, intended for neck fixation, and the fifth potential electrode, sounding signal generator, unlike outputs of which through the first and second commutators, containing current outputs and potential inputs are connected with pairs of electrodes. Potential outputs of commutators are connected to detector inputs, output of which through analog-digital converter is connected to signal input of control and registration unit, the first control output of which is connected to the control input of the generator, and the second and third control outputs are connected to the control inputs of the commutators. First and second commutators are interconnected. Fifth potential electrode for neck fixation forms a pair together with the fifth current electrode. Electrode pairs via the first and second electric lines are connected to the current outputs and potential inputs of commutators. First busbar contains bends for two pairs of electrodes in sequence, starting from the commutator, for leg and hand. Second busbar contains bends for three pairs of electrodes in sequence, starting from commutator, for leg, hand and neck. Calibration chain is connected between unlike outputs of sounding signal generator, comprising a series-connected resistor and a controllable switch whose input is connected to the fourth output of the control and registration unit.
EFFECT: accuracy increase of determining the volumes of cellular fluid of thoracic and abdominal corpus areas is achieved, and also accuracy increase of extracellular and cellular volumes of body liquid determining at body impedance measurements by means of electrodes, not located at corpus, as well as in ensuring the quality of contact between electrodes and body during impedance measurement.
