FIELD: medical diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical diagnostics, namely to methods for regional bioimpedancemetry for determining the impedance of the buccal region in patients during operations in the oral cavity and maxillofacial region, and can be used in restorative medicine, functional diagnostics, surgical dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. At the same time, current electrodes connected to the high-frequency current generator and potential electrodes connected to the high-frequency voltage meter are applied to the patient. The tissue impedance is measured and the impedance difference is determined at different stages of the pre- and postoperative period. Two current electrodes are used, one of which is applied on the distal portion of the zygomatic arch above and anterior to the ear tragus, touching it with the back edge of the adhesive part of the electrode. The second electrode is placed in the center of the chin. The center of the electrode is oriented through the central line of the face, with the lower edge of the adhesive part touching the lower edge of the chin. Two potential electrodes are applied at the border of the area under study in such a way that the center of one electrode is located on a line that is perpendicular, pubescent to the lower edge of the lower jaw from the corner of the mouth of the corresponding side, and the lower edge of the adhesive part of the electrode touches the lower edge of the chin. The center of the second electrode is located on the line connecting the first current and first potential electrode, with the back edge of the adhesive part touching the first current electrode.
EFFECT: expansion of the field of application of the method for regional bioimpedancemetry with more accurate registration of impedance changes due to the location of electrodes at the boundaries of the study area at strictly defined points, which makes it possible to obtain linear voltage values in a relatively homogeneous area without significant distortions with a reduced measurement error, and also without the use of intraoral electrodes causing discomfort to the patient.
