SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a method for determining strength of an adhesive compound of dental pins and fixing cements and a device for its implementation, relates to medicine and is intended for use in testing strength of connection of dental pins with cement. Method for determining adhesive strength of a dental pins and fixing cements connection using the device consists in the fact that the prepared preparation consisting of the analyzed pin and the fixing cement is subjected to loading, the maximum load value is fixed, at which the preparation is destructed. Loading is performed by applying a torque to a pin fixed in the fixing cement, and after destruction of the pin-cement connection, the loading process is terminated. Device for determining strength of adhesive connection of dental pins and fixing cements comprises rigid frame, template for installation of pins, fixed in seat frame, pins fixed on the cement in the recess of the template and fixed by means of a collet clamp on the torque-transmitting shaft connected to the strain-measuring sensitive element. Micrometer screw is installed with the possibility of creation of force by successive rotation and is connected to the strain-measuring sensitive element, and the controller is connected to the strain-gauge sensitive element and to the computer by wires through the USB connector.

EFFECT: inventions allow measuring adhesive strength of connection of dental pins with fixing cements with required accuracy on available preparations, which do not require complex preliminary preparation and without application of stationary test equipment.
