FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry, and is applicable in treating dentoalveolar dysfunction. Performing diagnostic computed tomography using Sirona Galileos Comfort Pluse Fasescan, Germany; axiography on equipment Freecoder BlueFox & CAR, Germany of patients with TMJ dysfunction and virtual repositioning of mandible condyles. Technical sheet of individual settings of AmannGirrbach articulator is obtained. Models are transferred into articulator relative to hinged axis in therapeutic or physiological occlusion state. Digital duplicates of models and positions of dentures are made in a state of therapeutic or physiological occlusion in STL format in a virtual articulator on Zirconsahn equipment. Clinical status is analyzed and gnathologic treatment is planned. Reflecting devices are made in the form of various buses by laboratory analogue manual method or by Cad/Cam technology, their installation is performed. Tires are worn for two months, after the adaptive period depending on the clinical condition at the time of treatment – repeated diagnostic computed tomography.

EFFECT: method of diagnostics and restoration of function up to physiological norm or as close to it as possible form of compensation of operation of dental complex: A TMJ, a chewing musculature allows arranging exact stages of medical measures, preventing complications.
