FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be applied to prevent the pyoinflammatory complications following a Cesarean section surgery. An uterine suture is exposed to a physical factor. The prevention accompanies a Cesarean section surgery, while the physical factor is presented with an argon plasma torch. After uterine closure, the uterine and aponeurotic sutures, as well as incised subcutaneous fat edges are coagulated. The argon plasma coagulation is enabled with the argon-enhanced high-frequency electrosurgical apparatus "FOTEK" series 140 of output power 50-75 Wt and argon consumption 5-8 l/min.
EFFECT: method allows cutting prevention time, reducing the amount of wound exudate and preventing tissues oedema.
