SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where X is a bond, and R¹ is -halogen or -CN; or X is -CH₂-, and R¹ is -H or -C_1-3alkyl; or X is -O-, and R¹ is -C_1-4alkyl, -(CH₂)_mCF₃, -CHR²CH₂OMe, -(CH₂)_nC_3-4cycloalkyl, -(CH₂)_noxetane, -benzyl or -CHR²heteroaryl; where heteroaryl selected from pyridine, imidazole, pyrimidine, pyridazine or oxazole, can be further substituted with halogen, methyl, ethyl or O; m is 1 or 2; n equals 0 or 1; R² is -H, -methyl or -ethyl; and R³ is hydrogen, with the proviso that the compound of formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is not 3-(5-chloro-2-oxobenzo[d]oxazol-3(2H)-yl)propanoic acid or 3-(5-chloro-2-oxobenzo[d]oxazole-3(2H)-yl)-2-methylpropanoic acid.
