SUBSTANCE: invention represents a cold-adapted strain of chicken pox virus "vFiraVax", deposited in the State Collection of Viruses of the N. F. Gamaleya Federal Research Center for Epidemiology & Microbiology of Russian Ministry of Health under number 2891 on December 12, 2018, intended for producing a live culture vaccine for preventing varicella zoster and associated vaccines containing a component of varicella zoster virus.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain varicella vaccines and associated vaccines containing a varicella virus component from a strain isolated in the territory of the Russian Federation.
