Method includes infection by measles virus with cold-adapted Leningrad-16 strain, mumps epidemic virus with cold-adapted L-3 strain, rubella virus with cold-adapted strain RA27/3, varicella-zoster virus by a cold-adapted vFiraVax strain deposited under No. 2891 in the State Collection of Viruses of the Institute of Virology named after D. I. Ivanovsky of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology named after N. F. Gamaleya of the Russian Ministry of Health on December 12, 2018, diploid cells of domestic strain LCH-3 with subsequent reproduction and release of viruses into culture medium, determination of infectious activity of individual collections of virus-containing liquid, combination of monovaccine in an associated four-component vaccine.

EFFECT: method enables simplifying the technology of producing the combined vaccine, improving its quality and providing protection against biological contaminants.
