Mattress with an adaptive multi-layer working surface for sleeping and resting contains at least two layers of tissue covering located on top and bottom, at least two layers of elastic-elastic material quilted between themselves by a transverse mechanical stitch of a straight stitch, successively repeating along the entire length of the working surface of the mattress and forming at least one undulating relief, wherein between the at least two layers of elastic-elastic material there is a multi-layer reinforcing surface, each layer of which consists of alternating strips arranged perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis of the mattress.
