FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: used for grinding and heat treatment of meat and bone raw materials in a continuous mode while maintaining nutritional value. A microwave unit with a biconical resonator and packages of plates for heat treatment of meat and bone confiscated products contains a vertically located biconical non-ferromagnetic resonator 1 in the form of conical upper 3 and lower 8 shells, as well as coaxially located outer 4 and inner 5, 6 packages of fluoroplastic plates in the form of truncated cones. The inner package 5, 6 of fluoroplastic plates is mounted on an electrically driven dielectric shaft 7 with a spiral dielectric screw 9 in the lower conical shell 8. The screw 9 has a decreasing pitch and diameter towards the exit from the resonator. The upper shell 3 is perforated and coaxially located in the shielding truncated cone 13. The shielding cone 13 contains a non-ferromagnetic loading tank 1 with a gear supercharger 2, and a groove 12 along the perimeter of the lower base. The pitch between the fluoroplastic perforated plates in the form of truncated cones of the outer package 4 is less than the depth of wave penetration into the raw material. Under the lower base of the lower non-ferromagnetic shell 8, a non-ferromagnetic receiving container 10 is provided. Waveguides with air-cooled magnetrons 11 are located on the surfaces of the shielding body 13 and the lower shell 8 with a shift of 120 degrees around the perimeter and evenly along the height of the biconical resonator, so that the emitters are directed into the biconical resonator through fluoroplastic bushings.
