FIELD: performing operations; fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming equipment and can be used for thermal treatment with disinfection of poultry muscular stomachs in order to be used as biological fodder for animals. Microwave installation with conical resonator for heat treatment of poultry muscular stomachs contains vertically located conical resonator 1. On base 2 of conical resonator 1 there is a non-ferromagnetic loading container 3 with non-ferromagnetic gate valve 4. Under base 2 of the conical resonator with a gap of not more than a quarter of the wavelength, electrically driven non-ferromagnetic grating disc 6 is installed. Fluoroplastic electrically driven auger is installed coaxially inside conical resonator 1 on fluoroplastic mounting profiles 7, 12. Fluoroplastic screws 10 of the auger are coated with fine-grained abrasive material 11. Diameters of fluoroplastic screws 10 vary with the diameter of the generatrix of conical resonator 1. Magnetrons 8 are arranged on the outer side of the cone generatrix shifted by 120 degrees. They are installed above the corresponding waveguides, below the electrically driven non-ferromagnetic grating disc 6. Truncated part 14 of conical resonator 1 is located at the level of the critical section, under which non-ferromagnetic receiving capacitance 13 is installed.
EFFECT: elimination of overheating and preservation of the fodder value of the product.
