SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coffee grains frying device. Coffee beans roasting device (100) comprises chamber (110) for receiving coffee beans (10), roasting element (140) for roasting coffee beans in the said chamber and controller (130) for controlling the roaster element, wherein controller is configured to control fryer element depending on concentration of volatile organic compounds in chamber. Coffee grains frying device is intended for usage in the coffee brewing device and the coffee roasting method.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides improved control over coffee roasting process reproducibility.
