FIELD: hand-held cutting tools; cutting; separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cutting station for an installation for assembling tires. Technical result is achieved by a cutting station for an assembly for assembling tires, comprising a cutting device and a supply device for feeding a strip of rubber material into the cutting device. Said cutting device comprises cutting table to support strip of rubber material in support plane and cutting element to cut rubber material strip along cutting line that extends parallel to support plane. At that, support plane passes under reference angle relative to first vertical plane in range from five to thirty degrees. Feeder is configured to feed rubber material strip on cutting table in downward feed direction parallel to thrust plane.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of positioning strip of rubber material and accuracy of its cutting.
