FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: automated manufacturing process with a production line of production of railway plates from prestressed concrete with tensioning of reinforcements on stops includes at least one path of the production line and at least one mold; several working positions are provided on train track of production line; under the action of the mold displacement mechanism according to the time rhythm, the mold is moved between working positions on the rail track of the production line; at each working position a sensor is installed, which transmits signals on the completion status of the corresponding operation and quality of completion at each working position to the central control system, which controls the time rhythm of operation of the entire system in accordance with the above signals; in the production process, automatic control is carried out, information transfer of key data, owing to which efficiency of production is increased.

EFFECT: disclosed is an automated manufacturing technology with a production line of production of railway plates from prestressed concrete with tensioning of reinforcements on the stops.
