SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave equipment and can be used in transceiving modules of active phased arrays (APAA) and other devices for switching of receiving-transmitting channels. In the proposed module for switching low-power microwave signals for transceiving equipment, switching (commutation) of the external microwave signal is performed from any input to any output of the module, to both outputs simultaneously or to a mode where all channels are switched off. Used circuit and structural solutions make it possible to create a module of high degree of integration, to minimize its weight and dimensions as much as possible, while maintaining high operational level of resistance to external influences and meeting requirements for electric parameters.

EFFECT: increased decoupling between channels, increased reliability, reduced dimensions.
