FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: transceiving module of an active phased array of microwave range comprises at least one switch "reception/transmission" for 2 positions. A transmitting channel comprises the following serially connected components: at least one controlled n-digit stepwise phase changer, a preliminary power amplifier, an output power amplifier, an outlet of a transmitting channel, which is an output of a module, comprises an additional n-digit stepwise phase changer and two matching amplifiers. Both phase changers are connected to one control circuit. The device comprises an additional n-digit stepwise phase changer, the output of which is connected to the inlet of the first nn-digit phase changer, besides, phase changes are connected to one control circuit, two matching amplifiers, the inlet of one of which is connected to the outlet of the additional n-digit attenuator, and a power divider of a microwave signal.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase a view angle, to improve accuracy of target coordinates detection and to increase potential of a system of a transceiving module of an active phased array.
