FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to services intended for wireless communication networks and using location information, namely to presentation of audio messages to users of mobile devices. To this end, when receiving from a non-user human source a request to present an audio message to a user when a user is present at a location, commands are executed on the processor which cause the mobile device to store the request, which includes an audio message and indicates a certain condition in addition to presence of user in said location, and on detection of presence of user in this location and determination that said condition is satisfied, to present audio message to user. At that, audio message includes words pronounced by human source by voice of source person.

EFFECT: enabling automatic provision of an audio message to a user of a mobile device when a presence of a user in a certain location is detected without the user initiating access to the message store in order to ensure timely delivery of the message to the user.
