FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, specifically to production of cellulose-based aminobutyldeoxycontaining derivative in form of hydrochloride, to a method for its preparation and use as an antiaggregant agent, having high inhibitory activity with respect to aggregation of human thrombocytes. Aminobutildyleoxy derivative of cellulose in the form of hydrochloride with general structural formula

where Z = OH (degree of substitution 2.1 ± 0.1) or (C4H9) NH · HCl (degree of substitution 0.9 ± 0.1) or CH3(C6H4)SO3 (degree of substitution < 0.1); n is number of repeating links equal to 200 ± 20. Method of producing aminobutyldexoxy derivative of cellulose in form of hydrochloride includes synthesis of desired product by two-step process, wherein at first step synthesis of intermediate compound - cellulose tosylate by esterification of cellulose with p-toluenesulfochloride in DMAA/LiCl solution, and at second step, cellulose tosylate is treated with aminobutyl at 80 °C in DMSO and the cellulose derivative is recovered, wherein the cellulose derivative is recovered by producing amino-butyldedeoxy-derivative of cellulose hydrochloride by neutralization of synthesized polycation with hydrochloric acid solution, its purification and drying.
EFFECT: disclosed is an aminoalkyldeoxy compound of cellulose, a method for production thereof and an agent exhibiting antiplatelet activity.
