FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorption and chromatographic processes. Disclosed is a method of separating and purifying tacrolimus from a mixture containing tacrolimus and analogues thereof in an organic solvent. Target product is extracted by passing the mixture through a polar sorbent selected from silica gel or polymethyl methacrylate. After washing, elution is carried out by combining the eluate fractions containing the target substance, evaporating said eluate, dissolving it in acetone, and then chromatographic purification. Chromatography is carried out on a column filled with sulphocationite containing silver ions bound with a sulpho group immobilized on the surface of the carrier, selected from silica gel with immobilized propyl sulpho groups or silica gel with immobilized groups of formula -O-Si- (CH2)3-O-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-SO3H. Elution of the column with sulphocationite is carried out with anhydrous acetone or an anhydrous mixture of acetonitrile and acetone or successively at first with anhydrous acetone, then with an anhydrous mixture of acetonitrile and acetone. After evaporation of eluate fractions containing tacrolimus, crystallization is performed.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the process and increases output of the pure end product.
