FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and can be used for microbiological synthesis of tacrolimus. Disclosed are Streptomyces tsukubensis VKM Ac-2797D strain – producer of tacrolimus preparation and a method for producing tacrolimus. Method involves cultivation of strain Streptomyces tsukubensis VKM Ac-2797D in conditions of fractional supply of maltodextrin in amount of 10–15 g/l day and 30 % solution of soya peptone at rate of 3 g/l a day. Sorption of the preparation is carried out from the culture fluid during the biosynthesis process using DIAION™HP20 sorbents, HP21 and LPS-500 in amount of 20 g/l, filtration of the preparation solution is carried out successively through a layer of aluminum oxide and kieselguhr.
EFFECT: invention ensures high output of the end product.
