FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and experimental medicine, and can be used to study vascular wall permeability for magnetic nanoparticles in a given area of the vascular system under the effect of an external magnetic field. Hydrodynamic bench is equipped with a vascular module representing two reservoirs, one of which is placed in the other, and a contour formed by two cannulas interconnected by a vascular fragment imitating the circulatory system, wherein the contour is placed in the inner container of the vascular module, under the magnetic field source, wherein the end of one cannula is connected through the flow meter to the pressure sensor, the magnetic nanoparticle delivery element and the pump, the other end of the cannula is connected to one of the inputs of the storage container, forming a closed system, to the other input of the storage container, a gasifier connected to the inner capacity of the vascular module is also connected, and the input and output of the external container of the vascular module are connected to the thermostat.
EFFECT: hydrodynamic bench allows investigating permeability of walls of vessels for magnetic nanoparticles under action of external magnetic field.
