FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and concerns a preparation for diagnosing new growths by magnetic resonance imaging based on modified iron oxide nanoparticles. Preparation as nanoparticles contains a product obtained by heating while stirring a solution of iron (III) acetylacetonate with concentration of 48–70 g/l in benzyl alcohol for 5–12 hours to temperature of 160–205 °C and holding at the achieved temperature for 1–60 min, conducted in atmosphere of inert gas, cooling the mixture in the presence of oxygen to obtain a suspension of Fe2O3 nanoparticles, adding a suspension of a water-soluble polar organic solvent, separating the nanoparticles, resuspending them in an aqueous solution of alkali, mixing the obtained suspension with an aqueous alkaline solution of human serum albumin, incubating the obtained mixture and purifying it, followed by the addition of an aqueous solution of glutaric aldehyde, incubating the mixture, adding sodium borohydride solution to the mixture, incubating the mixture and cleaning it.
EFFECT: invention allows prolonging the preparation storage life in 2 times both in the form of a suspension and in the form of a lyophilizate.
