SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a method for preparing a preparation for MRI diagnosis of tumor diseases, comprising preparation of a solution of iron (III) acetylacetonate in benzyl alcohol with a concentration of 75–200 g/l, followed by heating in an inert gas stream to boiling point of benzyl alcohol for 4–8 hours and boiling the solution for 30 minutes to 4 hours to obtain a suspension, after which the suspension is cooled, washed with a polar organic solvent to obtain iron oxide nanoparticles Fe3O4, which are then coated with human serum albumin and/or bovine serum albumin, and the obtained coating is stabilized by intermolecular cross-linking with glutaraldehyde.
EFFECT: invention provides magnetic nanoparticles with an initial hydrodynamic size (up to stabilization of HSA/BSA) to 20 nm, and nanoparticles stabilized by HSA/BSA up to 50 nm in size but due to change in the boiling point of the iron (III) acetylacetonate solution in benzyl alcohol in preparation of the original magnetic nanoparticles.
