FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrometry and hydrology, and is used in monitoring the coastal strip of water bodies. System comprises a high-altitude network in the form of a satellite navigation system, an antenna of a satellite navigation receiver, a device for determining bottom marks in the form of a parametric profilograph. System is additionally equipped with a device for determining the distance to the shoreline, a camera of technical vision, a device for measuring roll and trim of the floating facility in the form of a gyroscope, an accelerometer and a magnetic compass. Device for determination of bottom marks, device for determining distance to shoreline, technical vision camera and device for measuring roll and trim are synchronized by time of measurement of parameters using a computer.
EFFECT: increasing a number of measured parameters due to possibility of determination of planned-altitude position of shoreline water body with accurate reference to geographic coordinates; more complete monitoring of overwater and underwater parts of shoreline.
