SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for monitoring water bodies. Proposed invention contains serially connected small vessel, GSM-receiver antenna, memory unit, on-board computer, technical vision camera, laser range finder, parametric profiler, gyroscope, MEMS accelerometer, magnetic compass, unit for fixing the distance and stopping the vessel, unit for comparing the distance to an obstacle, obstacle distance sensor, GSM mobile Internet transmitter, the first and the second comparison sensors, comparison unit, motion correction unit, antenna, timer, the third comparison sensor, delay unit, second comparison unit, positive value comparator, negative value comparator, heading continuation block, block for change of heading by 180 degrees, delay interval setter, GPS module. The third comparison sensor is connected to the memory unit, the delay unit and the second comparison unit, which are feedback-connected. The second comparison block is connected to the comparator for extracting positive values and then to the block for continuing the direction of movement and is also connected to the comparator for extracting negative values and then to the block for changing the course by 180 degrees, the output of the delay interval setter is connected to the input of the delay block, the GPS module is connected to the block memory.
