Essence: the device for searching for the source of pollutants discharge when monitoring water bodies contains a small vessel, a GSM receiver antenna, a vision camera, a laser rangefinder, a parametric profiler, a gyroscope, a microelectromechanical accelerometer, a magnetic compass, an on-board computer, two comparison sensors, a comparison unit, a motion correction unit, a memory unit, an Internet transmitter of a mobile GSM network, antenna, timer, obstacle distance sensor, obstacle distance comparison unit, unit for fixing distance and vessel stop, moreover, the output of the GSM receiver antenna is connected to the input of the memory unit and the on-board computer, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the vision camera, laser rangefinder, parametric profilograph, gyroscope, microelectromechanical accelerometer, magnetic compass, the unit for fixing distance and stopping the vessel, and the input of the unit for fixing distance and stopping the vessel is connected to the output of the distance comparison unit to an obstacle, the input of which is connected to the output of the obstacle distance sensor, the output of the unit for fixing distance and stopping the vessel is connected to the input of the GSM transmitter of the mobile network, the outputs of the 1st comparison sensor and the 2nd comparison sensor are connected to the inputs of the comparison unit and the memory unit, the input of the motion correction unit is connected to the output of the comparison unit, and the output of the motion correction unit is connected to the input of the on-board computer, the outputs of the motion correction unit and the GSM receiver antenna are connected to the input of the memory unit, the output of which is connected via an Internet transmitter of the GSM mobile network to the antenna, and the timer outputs are connected to the inputs of the memory block and the input of the Internet transmitter of the GSM mobile network.
EFFECT: expansion of monitoring of measured parameters by introducing a system of sensors aimed at finding the source of pollution of natural waters with petroleum products, the introduction of the ability to identify obstacles in order to prevent collisions with them.
