SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition containing extracts of Phlomis umbrosa Turcz and Cynanchum wilfordii as active ingredients. Disclosed is the use of a mixture of Phlomis umbrosa Turcz extract and Cynanchum wilfordii extract as active ingredients, where the weight ratio of mixing Phlomis umbrosa Turcz and Cynanchum wilfordii extract is 1:1, in the form of a food composition or a pharmaceutical composition for stimulating physical activity in a subject in need thereof this. Alternatively, one proposes using a mixture of Phlomis umbrosa Turcz extract and Cynanchum wilfordii extract as active ingredients, where weight ratio of mixing Phlomis umbrosa Turcz and Cynanchum wilfordii extract is 1:1, in the form of a food composition or a pharmaceutical composition for stimulating muscle development in a subject requiring in it.
EFFECT: invention increases ability to motor activity and is useful in stimulation of muscular development.
