FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to scope of sprinkler air fire-extinguishing plants. Method for controlling sprinkler air fire-extinguishing plant consists in combination of action principles of sprinkler air fire-extinguishing system, sprinkler-and-drencher fire-extinguishing plant, and sprinkler fire-extinguishing plant equipped with sprinklers, with actuation control device. At actuation of sprinkler equipped with actuation control device, mounted on distribution network, control unit without delay, which is characteristic for air sprinkler plants, can open signal valve and ensure flow of water into fire focus.
EFFECT: at high capacity of branched system of feed pipelines, controlled shut-off devices are additionally used, installed at origin of each zone of distribution network, and connected to output of control unit, appropriate for given zone, which additionally to opening signal valve performs issuing command signal to open shut-off device in zone, wherein actuated sprinkler stands.
