FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for defrosting cow colostrum in farms without use of hot water. Microwave installation comprises a vertically located quasi-stationary toroidal resonator with a rectangular section of the toroid and a capacitor part having a gap from the lower edge of the base of the inner cylinder with size smaller than the distance between the side surfaces of the cylinders. Thrust is formed between coaxial non-ferromagnetic cylinders of different height and annular non-ferromagnetic surface on top. Height of inner cylinder is smaller than height of outer cylinder. Movable non-ferromagnetic base disk has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the inner cylinder and moves downward along the guide inner slots provided in the inner cylinder. Emitters from magnetrons located on external side of external cylinder, having on side surface slot for dielectric round tray with beads, are directed into condenser part. Tray is rotated by an electric motor. Dielectric tray is located asymmetrically to the axis of the cylinder parallel to its lower perforated base. Under the external cylinder there is a convex bottom with a drain branch pipe. Middle perimeter of the annular space and the diameter of the base disk must be equal to a multiple of the half of the wavelength, and the slot is less than a quarter of the wavelength.

EFFECT: use of invention will allow to increase effectivity defrostation of cow colostrum at low operating costs.
