SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes variants of bur and set for dental implantation, refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and is intended for use in dental surgery for dental implantation. In the first version, the bur comprises an apical end, a coronal end and a longitudinal axis passing between the apical end and the coronal end; central part of bur and first cutting edge; and guide thread, which extends radially outward from bur central part. Central part of bur surrounds longitudinal axis and has at least section with non-circular profile, if seen in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis, wherein section with non-circular profile forms at least one first compression zone. In the second version, the bur comprises an apical end, a coronal end and a longitudinal axis passing between the apical end and the coronal end; central part of bur and first cutting edge located within first compression zone of bur central part. Central part of bur surrounds longitudinal axis and has at least section with non-circular profile, if seen in plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis, wherein section with non-circular profile forms at least one first compression zone. First cutting edge is equal to the first radial distance from the longitudinal axis, and the maximum external dimension of the bur center is equal to the second radial distance from the longitudinal axis, wherein the second radial distance is greater than the first radial distance. Set of devices for dental implantation comprises versions of bur and dental implant.

EFFECT: inventions allow adjusting the bur rotation speed and the bur central part profile so that the hard bone returns to the cutting zone defined by the cutting edge, and the soft bone stays outside the cutting area, wherein the bur rotation torque can be measured when the implant is installed to determine acceptable normalization.
