SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for qualitative determination of a dental status of a patient with squamous cell carcinoma of oral mucosa with inflammation of the mucous membrane of the alveolar jaw. That is ensured by oral fluid intake in the patient, oral fluid centrifugation, oral fluid dilution with physiological saline, placing the patient's oral fluid ready for examination into a cell and performing a standard immunosorbent analysis on the basis of monoclonal antibodies with subsequent analysis of the test results. Matrix metalloproteinase 8 / matrix metalloproteinase 8 (MMP 8/MMP 8) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 / matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9/MMP 9) are used as biomarkers and their quantitative content in patient's oral fluid is determined, wherein the quantitative content of the biomarker in MMP 8/MMP 8 oral fluid of the clinical control group is taken to be 39.83–375.77 ng/ml, wherein the quantitative content of the biomarker in MMP 9/MMP oral fluid of 9th clinical control group is 59.8–304.62 ng/ml, wherein if oral content of MMP 8/MMP 8 is determined in amount of 527.17–1,242.67 ng/ml and MMP 9/MMP 9 in amount of 846.29–1,394.84 ng/ml, gingivitis of the alveolar mucous membrane is diagnosed process of jaw, wherein if oral content of MMP 8/MMP 8 is determined in amount of 1,498.15–56.51.1 ng/ml and MMP 9/MMP 9 in amount of 1,439.92–2,090.28 ng/ml, the parodontitis is diagnosed by a mucous membrane of the alveolar process of jaw.
EFFECT: invention increases accuracy and sensitivity of differential rapid diagnosis, high probability of detecting processes determining the dental status of the patient with squamous cell carcinoma of the oral mucosa in inflammation of the mucous membrane of the alveolar jaw in terms of content of biomarkers in the oral fluid, as well as considerable simplification of patient's preparation in certain time frames for sampling and storage of diagnostic material.
