SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in rehabilitation of children with various forms of infantile cerebral palsy. Classes on the platform concentration, balance, strength (COBS) and physiotherapeutic procedures are performed against the background of standard treatment, the therapeutic course being 10 daily sessions. As a physiotherapeutic procedure, a transcranial magnetic therapy (TM) is performed on an AMO-ATOS apparatus with a "OGOLOVIE" attachment with a magnetic induction of 45 mTl and frequency of 10 Hz for 5 minutes in the first session, increasing the exposure time at each next session by 1 min, bringing the exposure time to 10 min for 6th session and exposing for 10 minutes to 7–10th session, and sessions on the COBS platform start from 15 minutes at the first session with subsequent increase in the duration of up to 20 minutes to 4th session, to 25 minutes to 8th session and to 30 minutes to 10th session, wherein the TM on the AMO-ATOS apparatus with "OGOLOVIE" attachment is carried out 1 hour before the session on the COBS.

EFFECT: method provides more effective rehabilitation of ICP children.
