FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics, neurology, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and is intended for use in rehabilitation of children with atopic astatic form of infantile cerebral paralysis. Everyday tonic massage is performed, exercise therapy is followed by kinesiological tapering of atonic muscles of lower extremities - m. quadriceps femoris, m. tensor fasciae latae, m. tibialis anterior, m. peroneus longus. That is followed by training on MOTOmedgracile 12 robotic simulator with biologically feedback, starting from 5 minutes with further increase in the training time to 20 minutes to 5 sessions, wherein superimposed kinesiotypes are worn before the next massage procedure and exercise therapy. Rehabilitation course is 10 sessions.
EFFECT: method enables normalizing muscle tone, increasing the lower extremity muscles strength and reducing the length of rehabilitation.
