SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the rehabilitation of motor disorders in patients with cerebral palsy. Before training of a paretic limb using the Exohand-2 complex against the background of standard spa treatment, the condition of the muscles of the upper limb is additionally assessed. If a pronounced degree of spasticity is detected on the Ashworth scale as 3–4 points, the patient with cerebral palsy is given a course of mineral baths with a temperature of 38°C, lasting 20 minutes daily, in the amount of 8 procedures. If severe muscle weakness is detected — the degree of paresis is 2–3 points, the patient with cerebral palsy is first given sessions of electrical stimulation of weakened muscles in a course of 10 daily sessions, lasting 10 minutes.

EFFECT: method ensures increased efficiency of rehabilitation of the motor function of the upper limb in patients with cerebral palsy, reduced spasticity of the hand muscles, increased muscle strength and range of motion of the hand.
