FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for intraoperative hyperthermic exposure on bone tissue. That is ensured by setting the bone tumor location and size. Further, a hyperthermic exposure area comprising a bone region affected by a tumor and at least 1 cm of healthy bone tissue is determined. Bone is grafted in area of hyperthermic exposure. Thereafter, flexible surface heaters connected to the temperature stabilization unit are applied on the area of hyperthermic exposure of the bone, covering this bone area from all sides. A hyperthermic bone exposure is heated to a temperature of at least 70 °C. During first 8–12 minutes temperature is raised to value of not less than 50 °C, and total time of high-temperature exposure is not less than 30 minutes. At that, the specified temperature is stabilized during the whole time of high-temperature action at the specified level.
EFFECT: method provides effective uniform high-temperature ablation of a bone affected by a malignant growth, having a large area and volume with simplified method, reduced traumatism.
